A big part of my story is learning that diet and exercise are only a fraction of what it takes to achieve ultimate health. I am passionate about the conversation surrounding holistic health that tends to the whole being, including mind and soul.
My favorite way to show love is through food, because sharing a meal can be an extremely intimate and communal activity. So when you pull up a chair at my table, you're family. And that means total transparency about what it looks like to live healthy in real life; to find balance and not expect perfection; and to use food to love and serve God and others.
